12. Children and Minors

The pkrsp platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and above. pkrsp does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If pkrsp discovers, through KYC verification or any other means, that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the relevant account will be immediately closed, the data will be deleted or quarantined, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.

Parents and guardians who believe that their minor child has registered a pkrsp account or provided personal data to pkrsp should contact the pkrsp support team immediately using the details in Section 15. pkrsp will treat such reports as a priority and act promptly to close the account and remove associated data.

pkrsp also maintains active age verification procedures as part of the KYC process to prevent minors from completing registration. CNIC-based age verification is a mandatory step before any real-money deposit or gameplay is permitted on the pkrsp platform.

13. Marketing Communications

pkrsp may send you promotional communications about pkrsp bonuses, new game launches, live Andar Bahar promotions, PSL cricket betting specials, and other platform offers — but only where you have given your prior consent at registration or at a later point during your account lifetime.

Opting out of marketing communications has no effect on transactional messages — such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and KYC status updates — which pkrsp may continue to send as part of normal account operation.
