1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the pkrsp platform — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, live casino, sports betting section, slot games, or any other product offered under the pkrsp brand — you ("the Player") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkrsp. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the pkrsp platform and, if you have an existing account, request its closure via the customer support team.

pkrsp reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active pkrsp account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Minimum age: You must be 21 years of age or older. pkrsp strictly prohibits account access by individuals under the age of 21.
• Single account: You may hold only one pkrsp account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under your own name, a family member's details, or any other identity — constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
• Accurate information: All registration details — including your full name, Pakistani CNIC number, date of birth, contact number, and email address — must be accurate, current, and genuinely your own. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Personal use only: Your pkrsp account is strictly for your personal use. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, and you are responsible for all activity conducted under your credentials.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion period on the pkrsp platform or any affiliated gaming platform at the time of registration.

pkrsp reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its absolute discretion without being required to state reasons for that decision.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement for all pkrsp accounts before real-money deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals are permitted. By registering with pkrsp, you agree to complete the verification process promptly when requested.

As part of the KYC process, pkrsp may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All financial transactions on the pkrsp platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrsp does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion. The balance displayed in your pkrsp account at all times reflects your actual PKR balance without adjustment.

The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals on pkrsp:

Depositing via a payment method belonging to a third party — including a family member — is strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account reviewed for compliance.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. Current limits are displayed within your pkrsp account dashboard at the time of initiating a transaction. pkrsp reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

In cases where pkrsp has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions, pkrsp reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation, without liability to the Player for any delay caused by that investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

pkrsp offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All pkrsp promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated within the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal request can be processed. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms at the time of claiming.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games on pkrsp contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, including Andar Bahar tables, typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games. Full contribution rates are published within each promotion's terms.

pkrsp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to void bonus funds or winnings awarded in error. Players who believe a bonus has been applied incorrectly to their pkrsp account should contact customer support promptly.

6. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games available on the pkrsp platform — including live Andar Bahar, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Baccarat, live game shows, slot titles, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within the pkrsp platform interface. By participating in any game or placing any wager on pkrsp, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

The following general betting conduct rules apply to all pkrsp games and sports betting markets:

• Bets placed and confirmed by the pkrsp system are final and binding. pkrsp will not reverse a confirmed bet on the basis of a player's change of mind.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkrsp platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the pkrsp platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Multiple accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one pkrsp account in any name or combination of identities.
• Identity fraud: Using false, stolen, or third-party identity documents during KYC verification or account registration.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes on pkrsp live casino tables, particularly in card games such as Andar Bahar, Blackjack, or Teen Patti.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the pkrsp platform in place of genuine manual play.

pkrsp employs active fraud detection and monitoring systems. Any account flagged for the above activities will be subject to immediate investigation, during which funds may be frozen pending review.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkrsp platform — including but not limited to the pkrsp brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, software code, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkrsp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkrsp platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes as a registered player. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any pkrsp content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the pkrsp brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrsp's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the use of the pkrsp platform, or any individual transaction shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their pkrsp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkrsp shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following categories of loss, even if pkrsp had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances outside pkrsp's reasonable control.
• Indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any nature.
• Interruption of service, platform downtime, or technical malfunctions attributable to third-party infrastructure providers, including internet service providers, mobile networks, or payment processors.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the pkrsp platform that was accurate at the time of publication but has since been superseded.

pkrsp provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pkrsp makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

pkrsp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from the Player's payment provider.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

You may voluntarily close your pkrsp account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within five business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure — after deduction of any outstanding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements — will be returned to your registered payment method.

pkrsp is not obligated to return funds to accounts closed due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

13. Amendments to These Terms

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
